NOVELTY - The steel plate comprises a graphene flake layer, and a steel sheet. The graphene flake layer is coated with a graphene dispersed solution by dip-coating, spray coating or roll coating, and is formed on a surface of the steel sheet. The graphene dispersed solution in which a graphene material is present in an amount of 0.05-5 wt.% and balance is solvent. The graphene flake layer includes a single layer of a multi-layered structure, and has thickness of 10 nm-10 mu m. The multilayer structure has 2-200 vertically stacked layers. The plate has van der Waals force. USE - Steel plate. ADVANTAGE - The steel plate can be economically manufactured with excellent moldability, corrosion resistance and thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The steel plate comprises a graphene flake layer, and a steel sheet. The graphene flake layer is coated with a graphene dispersed solution by dip-coating, spray coating or roll coating, and is formed on a surface of the steel sheet. The graphene dispersed solution in which a graphene material is present in an amount of 0.05-5 wt.% and balance is solvent. The graphene flake layer includes a single layer of a multi-layered structure, and has thickness of 10 nm-10 mu m. The multilayer structure has 2-200 vertically stacked layers. The plate has van der Waals force, so that the steel sheet and the graphene flake layer are effectively adhered. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a steel plate.
