NOVELTY - Preparation of supported platinum (Pt) catalyst graphene hollow microspheres includes mixing an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide dispersion solution with silica spheres, ultrasonic dispersion, and freeze-drying; heating to obtain a black powder, adding the black powder to the alkali solution or acid solution, stirring, filtering, washing and drying; and immersing the graphene hollow sphere powder in a solution of chloroplatinic acid or platinum nitrate solution, ultrasonic mixing, freeze-drying, heating, and natural cooling to obtain the hollow microspheres. USE - Method for preparing supported Pt catalyst graphene hollow microspheres (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can prepare catalyst having good stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of supported Pt catalyst graphene hollow microspheres comprises: (A) dispersing the graphene oxide in water to obtain an aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide; adding water to the dispersed silica spheres to give a dispersion of silica spheres; mixing the graphene oxide dispersion with the aqueous dispersion of silica spheres, ultrasonic dispersion, and freeze-drying to give the graphene oxide/silica composite ball; (B) placing the oxide graphene/silica composite ball in a tube furnace at 700-900 degrees C, and heat treatment for 3-5 hours to obtain a black powder, adding the black powder to the alkali solution or acid solution, stirring the reaction mixture, filtering, washing and drying to obtain graphene hollow sphere powder; and (C) immersing the graphene hollow sphere powder in a solution of chloroplatinic acid or platinum nitrate solution, ultrasonic mixing, freeze-drying to obtain powder, and putting the powder into a tube furnace under an argon atmosphere of hydrogen mixed gas, heating at 350-450 degrees C for 1-2 hours, and natural cooling to obtain graphene contained Pt catalyst hollow microspheres.
