NOVELTY - Coating of graphite heat dissipation sheet involves forming a coating layer on a surface of the graphite sheet by electrostatic spray coating and applying a powder coating on the surface of the graphite sheet. The powder coating contains 30-40 wt.% ortho-cresol novolac epoxy resin having a softening point of 70-90° C and a softening point of 110-120° C, 80-90 pts. wt. epoxy resin comprising 60-70 wt.% phosphorus bisphenol A type epoxy resin, 10-30 pts. wt. polyester resin containing a carboxyl group at the terminal, 0.1-5 pts. wt. curing accelerator, and 20-30 pts. wt. layered clay mineral. The curing accelerator is 2-methylimidazole. The layered clay mineral is halloysite. USE - Coating of graphite heat dissipation sheet used for display panel. ADVANTAGE - The method enables coating of graphite heat dissipation sheet having improved the heat dissipation performance of the display panel, and improved the heat resistance of the coating layer.
