NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-based corrosion-resistant coating involves using 90-120 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 22.5-30 pts. wt. polypyrrole, 8-15 pts. wt. graphene, 12-18 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 5-8 pts. wt. talc powder, 3-5 pts. wt. defoamer, 8-15 pts. wt. dispersant, 2-4 pts. wt. leveling agent, 1-3 pts. wt. curing agent, and 1.2-1.5 mL/g epoxy of solvent, mixing diatomaceous earth, talc powder, defoamer, dispersant, and leveling agent and stirring by a high-speed shear stirring device to prepare mixing assistant. The above graphene and polypyrrole are weighed into a mixed solvent of a certain amount of deionized water and ethanol, ultrasonically dispersed for 30-40 minutes to obtain relatively uniformly dispersed graphite Olefin dispersion.
