NOVELTY - Flame retardant fabric comprises modified fiber, spinning fiber and aramid fiber at a weight ratio of 1:2:1. The modified fiber comprises 10 pts. wt. aqueous hydrazine hydrate solution, 12 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile fiber, 16 pts. wt. zinc chloride and 10 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid. The spinning fiber comprises polyvinyl alcohol fiber and modified gel. The modified gel comprises 18 pts. wt. acrylamide, 1 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 8 pts. wt. aqueous organosilicone, 6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5 pts. wt. initiator, 8 pts. wt. flame retardant microsphere, 6 pts. wt. tetramethylethylenediamine, 10 pts. wt. aluminum sulfate octahydrate and 10 pts. wt. methanol. The flame retardant microsphere comprises 6 pts. wt. dithiopyrophosphate, 2 pts. wt. emulsifier, 3 pts. wt. zirconium beads, 5 pts. wt. melamine and 20 pts. wt. formaldehyde. The cross-linking agent comprises N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide. The initiator is ammonium persulfate. USE - The fabric is useful for vehicle interior trim. ADVANTAGE - The fabric has reasonable design and high practicability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Flame retardant fabric comprises modified fiber, spinning fiber and aramid fiber at a weight ratio of 1:2:1. The modified fiber comprises 10 pts. wt. aqueous hydrazine hydrate solution, 12 pts. wt. polyacrylonitrile fiber, 16 pts. wt. zinc chloride and 10 pts. wt. hydrochloric acid. The spinning fiber comprises polyvinyl alcohol fiber and modified gel. The modified gel comprises 18 pts. wt. acrylamide, 1 pts. wt. cross-linking agent, 8 pts. wt. aqueous organosilicone, 6 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 0.5 pts. wt. initiator, 8 pts. wt. flame retardant microsphere, 6 pts. wt. tetramethylethylenediamine, 10 pts. wt. aluminum sulfate octahydrate and 10 pts. wt. methanol. The cross-linking agent comprises N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide. The initiator is ammonium persulfate. The emulsifier is Tween 20 (RTM: Polysorbate-20). The preparation of flame-retardant fabric comprises (i) taking aqueous hydrazine hydrate solution and polyacrylonitrile fiber, mixing and stirring for 5 minutes, heating to 90 degrees C, reacting for 1 hours, washing with deionized water until neutrality, and drying in an oven at 70 degrees C to obtain pre-treated fiber, dissolving aqueous zinc chloride solution in hydrochloric acid, stirring for 10 minutes, adding pre-treated fiber, reacting at 90 degrees C for 0.5 hours, washing with water, and drying in oven at 70 degrees C to obtain modified fiber; (ii) mixing and stirring dithiopyrophosphate and emulsifier for 10 minutes, adding zirconium beads, grinding at 300 revolutions/minute for 5 hours to obtain material A, mixing and stirring melamine and formaldehyde for 10 minutes, adding triethylamine for adjusting pH to 9, reacting at 80 degrees C for 25 minutes, adding material A, stirring for 5 minutes, adding glacial acetic acid for adjusting pH to 5, reacting at constant temperature for 4 hours, filtering, washing with water until neutrality, and drying to obtain flame-retardant microsphere; (iii) mixing and stirring acrylamide, cross-linking agent, aqueous organosilicone and graphene oxide for 10 minutes, allowing to stand for 12 hours, adding initiator and tetramethylethylenediamine, heating to 30 degrees C, reacting for 1 hours under vacuum condition, adding flame-retardant microsphere, reacting at constant temperature for 1 hours, adding and aluminum sulfate octahydrate, continuously reacting for 10 minutes, adding methanol and hydrochloric acid for adjusting pH to 5, reacting at 50 degrees C for 1 hours to obtain modified gel, taking polyvinyl alcohol fiber, dissolving at 95 degrees C, adding modified gel, mixing and stirring for 20 minutes to obtain spinning solution, performing wet spinning at 95 degrees C with spinning pressure of 0.2 MPa, soaking in saturated sodium carbonate at 45 degrees C for 1 minute, shaping at 100 degrees C for 1 hours, washing with water, and drying to obtain spinning fiber; and (v) taking spinning fiber, modified fiber and aramid fiber, spin weaving, bleaching, dyeing, washing, and drying.
