▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A degradable protective clothing, has polylactic acid nanofiber membrane, polycaprolactone fiber film and polyvinyl alcohol spunlace nonwoven fabric, which are arranged from inside to outside. The polylactic acid nanofiber membrane includes 7-9 pts. wt. polylactic acid, 2-4 pts. wt. a thermal conductive filler, 1-3 pts. wt. graphene aerogel, and 1-3 pts. wt. polycaprolactone. USE - Degradable protective clothing. ADVANTAGE - The degradable protective clothing has thermal conductivity, heat dissipation effect, good air permeability and moisture permeability. The wearer is not prone to thermal fatigue, and has high mechanical strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing method of the degradable protective clothing, which involves: adding polycaprolactone to the solvent, stirring evenly, and making 20-23 wt.% a spinning solution, using polyvinyl alcohol spunlace non-woven fabric as a base fabric, electrospinning, and forming the polycaprolactone fiber film on the polyvinyl alcohol spunlace non-woven fabric to make the surface layer; and drying polylactic acid and polycaprolactone at 50-60°C for 12-16 hours, then adding a solvent to prepare a mixed solution with a concentration of 10-12 wt.%, adding thermally conductive fillers and graphene aerogel, and mixing well to obtain a mixed spinning solution, using the surface layer as the base cloth, electrospinning, forming a polylactic acid nanofiber film on the polycaprolactone fiber film, and making a protective fabric; and cutting and sewing the protective fabric, installing zippers and closures to make degradable protective clothing.
