NOVELTY - Graphene with high weathering automotive waterborne coating comprises component A comprising 20-30 pts. wt. water-containing carboxy group-containing polyurethane, 30-50 pts. wt. aqueous fluorocarbon resin, 8-12 pts. wt. graphene, 6-10 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide, 1-2 pts. wt. silicone waterproofing agent, 2-3 pts. wt. unsaturated fatty acids, 4-8 pts. wt. surfactant, 1-1.5 pts. wt. acetyl tributyl citrate, 3-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 4-5 pts. wt. active diluting agent, 2-3 pts. wt. antifoaming agent, 20-40 pts. wt. pigment , 0.5-2 pts. wt. UV absorber and 40-50 pts. wt. water and component B comprising an isocyanate curing agent, where the weight ratio of the component A to the component B is 5-8:1. USE - Used as graphene with high weathering automotive waterborne coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: is environmentally friendly; and has excellent mechanical strength and weather resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene with high weathering automotive waterborne coating comprising (i)adding aqueous carboxy group-containing polyurethane, aqueous fluorocarbon resin and water in a stirring device, raising the temperature at 50 degrees C-60 degrees C, and stirring for 60-75 minutes at a rate of 500-800 revolutions per minute (rpm), adding nano-silica and unsaturated fatty acids during the stirring process,(ii) adding surfactant, silane coupling agent, reactive diluent, an antifoaming agent, and a pigment filler, and stirring at a rate of 800-1000 rpm, adding acetyl tributyl citrate, and continuously stirring for 40-50 minutes, (iii) dispersing the graphene, after ultrasonic vibration, adding it to the product of the step (ii), and adding the silicone waterproofing agent and ultraviolet absorbent, at 60-65 degrees C, strring at 900-1100 rpm for 50-70 minutes, cooling and filtering.
