NOVELTY - Production device for biomass graphene inner heating fiber comprises a shell orderly provided with a distribution plate and a spinneret from up to down direction. The guide assembly is connected between the distribution plate. The carrier (100) is fixed in the shell. The upper end of the carrier is propped against the distribution board. The lower end of a connecting pipe (101) passes through an upper and lower end surface of a carrier. The pipe wall of each connecting pipe is provided with multiple drainage grooves (102) along longitudinal direction, length of the drainage groove is gradually increased in the same connecting pipe along the longitudinal direction, where the length of the multiple drainage groove in the connecting pipe gradually increases. USE - The production device of biomass graphene inner heating fiber is useful in biomass graphene processing. The graphene composite fiber is different from other spinning fiber, because of the special graphene and chemical properties, which causes the spinning head of the spinning machine to be blocked, spinning frequently broken head, and the traditional spinning machine is used for avoiding the blockage of the spinneret. ADVANTAGE - The production device of biomass graphene inner heating fiber is provided by shunting the material entering the spinneret so as to avoid the blockage of spinneret. The material entering into the corresponding connecting pipe from each branch in the distribution plate is shunted, so that the resistance of the material into the connecting pipe is reduced. The flow rate of the quantitative material is increased in the same connecting pipe by the length of the drainage groove, and the flow rate is increased by the same length of a drainage groove in the other connecting pipe. The resistance to the material is reduced and the material flow rate in the connecting pipes is increased. The production of the production device is improved.
