▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Functionalizing carbon material, comprises (a) preparing a first raw material using graphene or thin-graphite, (b) mixing a nitrogen-functional group containing second raw material with the first material to obtain mixture, (c) doping nitrogen-functional group in the first material through thermal plasma treatment by adding the mixture into thermal plasma reactor, and (d) collecting the doped fusion thin-graphite or fusion graphene. USE - The method is useful for functionalizing carbon material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The carbon material has excellent conductivity and electromagnetic shielding effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) nitrogen-functional group doped graphene composite and thin-graphite composite produced by the above method; (2) graphene composition comprising 90-99 wt.% graphene and 1-7 wt.% nitrogen-function group; (3) thin-graphite composition comprising 90-99 wt.% thin-graphene and 1-7 wt.% nitrogen-function group; (4) electromagnetic shielding material is produced by applying thin-graphite and graphene; and (5) functionalized carbon material is produced by the above method.
