▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of super smooth thickness controllable large size graphene coating involves: (1) placing a metal substrate in a graphene oxide aqueous solution, and depositing graphene oxide colloid on the metal substrate by electrophoretic deposition method; (2) drying the metal substrate with graphene oxide colloid deposited on the surface to form a graphene oxide coating on the metal substrate; (3) baking the graphene oxide coating at a high temperature in a vacuum drying oven to reduce graphene oxide to obtain a graphene coating; (4) coating a resin on the surface of the target substrate to-be-coated with graphene coating, attaching the resin-coated side of the target substrate to the graphene coating side of the metal substrate, and curing the resin; and (5) separating the target substrate from the metal substrate to form a graphene coating on the surface of the target substrate. USE - The method is useful for preparing super smooth thickness controllable large size graphene coating. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and economical preparation of the super smooth thickness controllable large size graphene coating with less surface defects and excellent performance.
