▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing methylcyclopentene comprises (I) hydrogenating methyl cyclopentadiene, solvent and hydrogen with a catalyst in a fixed bed layer at a temperature of 50-80 degrees C, pressure of 0.9-1.5 MPa, and liquid space hourly velocity of 4-8 hr-1, (II) rectifying obtained hydrogenated product at a temperature of 115-125 degrees C, (III) separating desired product from a mixture of methyl and graphene at a tower temperature 85-90 degrees C to obtain a mixture, and (IV) processing and refining the mixture at 75-80 degrees C, where the ratio of methylcyclopentadiene, solvent and hydrogen is 1:5-10:2-4. USE - The method is useful for preparing methylcyclopentene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method prepares the methylcyclopentene with 99% purity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing methylcyclopentene comprises (I) hydrogenating methyl cyclopentadiene, solvent and hydrogen with a catalyst in a fixed bed layer at a temperature of 50-80 degrees C, pressure of 0.9-1.5 MPa, and liquid space hourly velocity of 4-8 hr-1, (II) processing and rectifying obtained hydrogenated product with a reflux ratio of 15-25 at a tower temperature of 115-125 degrees C, (III) separating desired product from a mixture of methyl and graphene at a tower temperature 85-90 degrees C to obtain a mixture with a reflux ratio of 20-30, and (IV) processing and refining the mixture at 75-80 degrees C, where the ratio of methylcyclopentadiene, solvent and hydrogen is 1:5-10:2-4.
