NOVELTY - Producing graphene involves: (1) preparing hydrogen and oxygen by solar photocatalytic decomposition of water; (2) mixing hydrogen and oxygen with carbon source, releasing current to preheat the mixture of hydrogen, oxygen and carbon source, heating the carbon source, reaching the combustion point of hydrogen, and vigorously combusting hydrogen under the support of oxygen; (3) releasing current to the mixture of hydrogen, oxygen and carbon source for excitation, so that the temperature reaches more than 4000 degrees C within 500-1200 ms; and (4) finishing the electrical discharge processing. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene with high quality and efficiency, and less energy consumption. The graphene production device can realize the energy-saving production of the required gas and the use of an electric field to control the carbon source reaction. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a graphene production device, which comprises a gas generating device, and a graphene synthesis device. The gas generating device is used for solar photocatalytic decomposition of water to prepare hydrogen and oxygen. The graphene synthesis device includes a cavity whose upper portion is provided with a partition (A). The two sides of the bottom of the partition (A) are provided with partitions (B) and (C) that are opened and closed. The partitions (A)-(C) separate the upper portion of the cavity into an air inlet chamber and a feeding chamber. The air inlet chamber is located at the top of the partition (B). The feeding chamber is located on the top of the partition (C). The bottom of the cavity is provided with a partition (D) that is opened and closed. The cavity is formed between the partitions (B), (C) and (D). A high-voltage electrode is provided on both sides of the cavity. The gas output end of the gas generating device is communicated with the gas inlet chamber of the graphene synthesis device.
