▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - An all-solid-state battery unit cell comprises a positive electrode current collector, a positive electrode formed on the positive electrode current collector and including a positive electrode active material, a solid electrolyte layer formed on the positive electrode and comprising a solid electrolyte, a negative electrode formed on the solid electrolyte layer and including a negative electrode active material, a negative electrode current collector formed on the negative electrode, and an insulating layer including an insulator, surrounding side surfaces of the positive electrode and the positive electrode current collector. USE - Unit cell used for manufacturing bipolar all-solid-state battery (claimed) such as lithium secondary battery. Uses include but are not limited to portable information terminals, portable electronic devices, small household power storage devices, motorcycles, electric vehicles, and hybrid electric vehicles. ADVANTAGE - The unit cell is capable of reducing thickness of a layer, can solving the short circuit problem by suppressed damage to the electrode and the electrolyte layer by surrounding the edge of the positive electrode layer with an insulating film and increasing the loading amount of the positive electrode and the active material. The battery has excellent energy density, loading rate and discharge capacity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a bipolar all-solid-state battery; (2) manufacture of the all-solid-state battery unit cell; and (3) manufacture of the bipolar all-solid-state battery.
