▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Titanium oxide/graphene composite nano-material comprises uniformly growing ultra-thin titanium oxide nano-chip on graphene forming unique nano-structure, where the thickness of the ultra-thin titanium oxide nano-chip is 6 nm. USE - The material is useful in environmental management and energy fields. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing adding oxidized graphene into deionized water to prepare mixed solution with concentration of 0.0625 mol/l, then adding 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane (APTES), stirring for 1-3 hours, adding tetrabutyl titanate (TBOT) into the solution, stirring for 0.5-1 hours, adding tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide (TPAOH) and stirring for 0.5-1 hours, where the molar ratio of oxidized graphene, 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, tetrabutyl titanate and tetrapropyl ammonium hydroxide is 1:0.076-0.304:0.11-0.19:0.03-0.06, reacting obtained mixed solution at 140-180 degrees C for 12-24 hours, centrifuging the product, washing and drying to obtain black powder product, calcining the obtained black powder product at 650-850 degrees C for 2-4 hours under inert atmosphere to obtain titanium oxide/graphene composite nano material.
