▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing photoelectrochemical immunosensor for determining alpha -fetoprotein content, involves modifying base electrode by graphene oxide, activating 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)-carbodiimide (EDC)/N-hydroxysuccinimide (NHS) graphene oxide on substrate electrode, covalently binding alpha -fetoprotein first antibody to the activated graphene oxide, and specifically binding alpha -fetoprotein second antibody-alkylated fullerene-graphite sheet-graphene oxide to alpha -fetoprotein antigen. USE - The method is useful for preparing photoelectrochemical immunosensor for determining alpha -fetoprotein content (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method determines alpha -fetoprotein content with high sensitivity, good specificity and good stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) photoelectrochemical immunosensor prepared by the preparation method; and (2) use of photoelectrochemical immunosensor, for quantitative determination of alpha fetoprotein content.
