▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A method for preparing thermosetting composite material by using nano graphite sheet, comprising: providing graphite oxide; performing a graphite oxide intercalation step, wherein the nitric acid, the urea aqueous are added into the graphite oxide and then oscillated ultrasonically and filtered to obtain the urea nitrate intercalated graphite; performing an expansion step, wherein the urea nitrate intercalated graphite is mixed with an epoxy resin heated to a predetermined temperature to obtain the graphene polymer composite material; and performing a composite materialhardening step, wherein the graphene polymer composite material is stirred with a hardener to mix and remove bubbles, and placed in an oven, and finally poured into a preheating curing is carried out in a hot rubber mold to obtain a thermosetting composite material containing graphene.
