▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An antistatic flame-retardant resin is prepared by using carboxylated graphene oxide loaded with titanium-based compounds, alkyl phosphinate metal salts, terephthalic acid and butylene glycol in the mass ratio of 0.005-0.03:0.02-0.1:1:1.8-2.2. USE - Antistatic flame-retardant resin for preparing antistatic flame-retardant polyester fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method is easy to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) preparation of the antistatic flame-retardant resin, which involves dispersing the carboxylated graphene oxide loaded with titanium-based compounds in butylene glycol, mixing with terephthalic acid, adding alkyl phosphinate metal salt, increasing the temperature, performing esterification reaction, increasing the temperature, pressurizing to proceed polycondensation reaction, and water cooling; and (2) usage of the antistatic flame-retardant resin for preparing antistatic flame-retardant polyester fiber, which involves pelletizing and melt spinning of the antistatic flame-retardant resin.
