NOVELTY - High-strength plastic product, comprises 40-60 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 10-20 pts. wt. graphene, 4-8 pts. wt. maleic anhydride, 6-12 pts. wt. phosphorus oxide slag, 2-4 pts. wt. aluminum phosphate, 2-4 pts. wt. octylisothiazolinone, 10-15 pts. wt. bauxite, 3-6 pts. wt. plasticizer, 3-6 pts. wt. auxiliary agent, 3-5 pts. wt. amino silicone oil, 1-3 pts. wt. stabilizer, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidants and 0.4-1.2 pts. wt. coupling agent. USE - The high-strength plastic product is useful in daily production life. ADVANTAGE - The high-strength plastic product has excellent heat resistance and aging resistance, and improved strength and hardness. The method: improves the strength and hardness of the prepared plastic products by using polyethylene resin, phosphorus oxide slag, aluminum phosphate and bauxite as raw materials and cooperating with the action of octylisothiazolinone, and the combination of acid anhydride effectively enhances the heat resistance and aging resistance of plastic products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a manufacturing High-strength plastic product, comprising (1) taking polyethylene resin, graphene, maleic anhydride, phosphorus oxide slag, phosphate, octyl isothiazolinone, bauxite, plasticizer, auxiliary agent, amino silicon oil, stabilizing agent, antioxidant and coupling agent, (2) taking the polyethylene resin, graphene, maleic anhydride, phosphorus oxide slag, aluminum phosphate, octyl isothiazolinone, bauxite, silicone oil into the stirrer to mix, the mixing temperature is 180-240°C, the mixing time is 1-3 hours obtain the first mixture, (3) adding the plasticizer, auxiliary agent, stabilizing agent, antioxidant and coupling agent the stirrer to mix with the first mixture, the mixing temperature is 200-200°C, where the mixing time is 40-60 minutes to obtain the second mixture, and (4)placing the second mixture into the internal mixer, banburying for 20-40 minutes at 110-120°C , granulating, putting into a mold to obtain the plastic product.
