▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Electrochemical sensor comprises reduced graphene oxide-based ordered porous structure and indium tin oxide (ITO) glass substrate. USE - Electrochemical sensor used in bimolecular detection (claimed) such as dopamine detection used for research of related disease mechanism, diagnosis and treatment. ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical sensor has high sensitivity, low detection limit, excellent anti-interference performance, repeatability and stability, and is simple, non-toxic, inexpensive, fast and sensitive for dopamine detection. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of electrochemical sensor, which involves (s1) dissolving a surfactant in organic solvent to prepare a surfactant organic solution, (s2) dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water to prepare a graphene oxide aqueous solution, (s3) mixing surfactant organic solution and graphene oxide aqueous solution, and stirring to prepare a graphene oxide compound soluble in organic solvent, (s4) dissolving graphene oxide compound in organic solvent to prepare a graphene oxide compound organic solution, (s5) pouring graphene oxide compound organic solution on ITO glass under high humidity to prepare ITO glass loaded with a graphene oxide porous membrane, and (s6) carrying out electrochemical reduction of the ITO glass loaded with the graphene oxide porous membrane to prepare the ITO glass loaded with reduced graphene oxide porous membrane.
