▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing zinc cathode with protective layer involves reacting aqueous solution containing metal salt and organic ligand for 4-12 hours at 20-80 degrees C, carrying out solid-liquid separation, washing, and drying to obtain metal-organic frameworks (MOFs), annealing MOFs at 400-600 degrees C under the protection of nitrogen atmosphere for 3-5 hours to obtain metal-MOFs base nano material, and mixing metal-MOFs base nano material with additive, polymer and organic solvent to prepare slurry, then coating the slurry on the clean zinc cathode surface, and drying to obtain the zinc cathode with protective layer. USE - Method for preparing zinc cathode with protective layer used in preparation of secondary zinc-based batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method avoids direct contact of zinc cathode and electrolyte, ensures uniform distribution of electric field on zinc cathode surface, and improves cycle life of zinc-based battery. The inorganic-organic composite protective film has good flexibility.
