NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene composite film involves: mixing a graphene micro sheet, a low melting point metal salt and a solvent to obtain a mixed slurry; subjecting the mixed slurry to a hot-pressing film-forming process to reduce the low-melting-point metal salt to a simple metal and form a molten metal; and filling the molten metal into the graphene micro-sheets to form a metal microstructure welding graphene to obtain graphene composite film. The melting point of the low-melting-point metal salt is lower than the heat treatment temperature in the hot-pressing film forming process. The solvent includes at least a first component, preferably water and a second component, preferably o-hydroxybenzoic acid, rosin, natural resin, succinic acid or sebacic acid. The solvent further includes a third component, preferably ethanol, N,N-dimethylformamide, or N-methylpyrrolidone. The low melting point metal salt is tin salt, zinc salt, aluminum salt or magnesium salt. USE - Preparation method of graphene composite film used in electronic components of electrode substrates and radio frequency antenna materials. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene composite film with high electrical conductivity of 3000-6000 second/cm, reduced contact resistance, increased compactness and improved flatness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the graphene composite film prepared by the above process.
