▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene in situ modified polyurethane and high property synthetic leather comprises (i) taking modified graphite, adding wetting agent (organic solvent), adding into organosilicone coupling agent, reacting to obtain oleophilic modified graphene, (ii) preparing graphene in situ modified polyurethane slurry including (a) preparing surface treatment agent, (b) preparing surface layer slurry material, (c) preparing dry slurry material, and (d) preparing wet slurry material, and (iii) preparing synthetic leather comprising (x) processing drying process, and (y) processing wet process. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene in situ modified polyurethane and high property synthetic leather (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enhances toughening property, improves wear resistance, increases scratch resistance, increases heat resistance, increases aging resistance, increases antistatic property, increases electromagnetic shielding property, and flame retardant property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene in situ modified polyurethane and high property synthetic leather comprises (i) taking 10 pts. wt. modified graphite, adding into 90 pts. wt. wetting agent (organic solvent), adding into 5-10 pts. wt. organosilicone coupling agent, reacting at 70 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain oleophilic modified graphene, (ii) preparing graphene in situ modified polyurethane slurry including (a) preparing surface treatment agent: taking 100 pts. wt. surface processed polyurethane, adding into 0.5-1 pts. wt. modified graphene, adding flatting agent, defoaming agent, thickening agent, auxiliary agent and coloring paste, uniformly mixing to obtain graphene in-situ modified surface treatment agent, (b) preparing surface layer slurry material: talking graphene in-situ modified surface treatment agent obtained in the step (a), 100 pts. wt. taking surface layer polyurethane solution (30-35%), adding 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. modified graphene, flatting agent, de-foaming agent, thickening agent, auxiliary agent and coloring paste, and uniformly mixing to obtain graphene in-situ modified surface layer slurry material, (c) preparing dry slurry material: taking 100 pts. wt. taking surface layer polyurethane solution (30-35%), drying, adding 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. modified graphene, flatting agent, de-foaming agent, thickening agent, auxiliary agent and coloring paste, uniformly mixing, mechanically foaming to obtain graphene in-situ modified dry foamed slurry, and (d) preparing wet slurry material: taking 100 pts. wt. taking surface layer polyurethane solution (30-35%), subjecting to wet processing, adding 0.3-0.5 pts. wt. modified graphene, flatting agent, de-foaming agent, thickening agent, auxiliary agent and coloring paste, and uniformly mixing to obtain graphene in-situ modified wet foamed slurry, (iii) preparing synthetic leather comprising (x) processing drying process: coating the graphene modified polyurethane surface layer slurry on the release paper with a coating thickness of 0.2-0.3 mm, drying at 110-130 degrees C for 90 seconds using a drying box, coating the intermediate layer with the graphene in-situ modified dry foamed slurry, controlling the coating film thickness at 0.8-1.2 mm, drying at 120-140 degrees C for 90 seconds in an oven, coating with polyurethane coating adhesive layer, drying to semi-dry and hot bonded fabric at 130-140 degrees C for 60 seconds, allowing to cool, separating paper leather, processing with modified graphene surface treatment agent, granulating, and drying to obtain dry foaming compound synthetic leather, and (y) processing wet process: taking graphene in-situ modified wet foamed slurry, uniformly coating on pre-impregnated fabric, placing the coated fabric into coagulating liquid having a pH of 5-7 and coagulating for 3-5 minutes, washing with water, drying to obtain wet processed synthetic leather, processing with modified graphene surface treatment agent, granulating and drying to obtain wet processed synthetic leather.
