NOVELTY - Utilizing graphene oxide to prepare novel silicon carbon anode material comprises dissolving graphene oxide in deionized water, forming suspension by stirring dispersion and ultrasonic dispersion, adding silicon dioxide to the suspension, transferring to ball milling tank for ball milling, taking out, recording as solution A, dissolving chitosan in deionized water, adding acetic acid to form coagulation liquid, which is recorded as solution B, pouring solution A into solution B and stirring, centrifuging and vacuum drying to obtain powder C, heating to 800degrees Celsius for 3 hours for carbonization to obtain silicon dioxide/graphene oxide, mixing silicon dioxide/graphene oxide with reducing agent in tube furnace full of protective atmosphere, heating to 750degrees Celsius, insulating for 5 hours to carry out reduction reaction, using concentration of dilute hydrochloric acid for pickling after completion of reaction, using large amount of deionized water for washing, testing pH=7 and vacuum drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing novel silicon carbon cathode material by using graphene oxide, which is useful in lithium battery. The lithium battery is used in electronic product and new energy automobile. ADVANTAGE - The method is useful for utilizing graphene oxide to prepare novel silicon carbon anode material.
