NOVELTY - Preparation of 100-1000 nm band width graphene nanoband comprises adding nanocarbon fiber to inorganic strong protonic acid, stirring at room temperature for 1-2 hours, adding strong oxidizing agent, stirring at room temperature, heating to 50-80 degrees C, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, ultrasonically stirring for 20-30 minutes to obtain mixed liquid, purifying, transferring to ice water, adding hydrogen peroxide solution, centrifugally separating, removing excess strong oxidizing agent, adding hydrochloric acid, leaching, centrifugally separating, removing metal ion and washing to pH of 5-8, reducing. USE - Method for preparing 100-1000 nm band width graphene nanoband (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method has simple operation and low-cost raw materials, and is suitable for batch production and industrialization.
