NOVELTY - Gear box transmission lubricant composition comprises 30-60 wt.% ultra-low viscosity poly alpha olefin, 0.01-0.5 wt.% modified graphene, 2-10 wt.% gear box composite additive, 0.03-0.06 wt.% antifoaming agent, 1-8 wt.% ultra-high viscosity poly alpha olefin and balanced amount of base oil. The ultra-low viscosity poly-alpha-olefin is ultra-low viscosity metallocene poly alpha-olefin mPAO or non-metallocene poly alpha-olefin cPAO obtained by metallocene or non-metallocene catalytic polymerization. The modified graphene is modified by graphene substance. USE - Gear box transmission lubricant composition for electric automobile and hybrid power automobile. ADVANTAGE - The gear box transmission lubricant composition can ensure the ultra-low temperature working condition and has better fluidity and transmission performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Gear box transmission lubricant composition comprises 30-60 wt.% ultra-low viscosity poly alpha olefin, 0.01-0.5 wt.% modified graphene, 2-10 wt.% gear box composite additive, 0.03-0.06 wt.% antifoaming agent, 1-8 wt.% ultra-high viscosity poly alpha olefin and balanced amount of base oil. The ultra-low viscosity poly-alpha-olefin is ultra-low viscosity metallocene poly alpha-olefin mPAO or non-metallocene poly alpha-olefin cPAO obtained by metallocene or non-metallocene catalytic polymerization. The modified graphene is modified by graphene substance, where the graphene substance is single-layer or multi-layer exfoliated graphene oxide, redox graphene, fluorinated graphene, fluorinated graphene oxide, fluorinated redox graphene, or a composition thereof; the ultra-high viscosity poly-alpha-olefin is super-high viscosity poly-alpha-olefin mPAO obtained by metallocene catalytic polymerization; the base oil comprises mineral oil, coal olefin synthetic base oil, shale gas synthetic base oil and/or metallocene or non-metallocene catalytic polymerization to obtain poly-alpha-olefin mPAO or mixture of cPAO and synthetic ester. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing gear box transmission lubricant composition, which involves putting the base oil into the reaction kettle, raising the temperature to 50-80degrees Celsius, orderly adding the ultra-low viscosity poly-alpha olefin modified graphene, gear box composite additive, antifoaming agent, ultra-high viscosity poly-alpha olefin into the reaction kettle, stirring for 40-60 min at the rotating speed of 300-400r/min. after mixing, transferring the material in the reaction kettle to the storage tank, standing for 40-60 min, obtaining the lubricant composition.
