▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene involves sintering (S100) a mixed powder containing a metal and graphite to produce a sintered component including diamond and unreacted graphite, immersing (S200) the sintered component in a strong acid aqueous solution, electrolyzing to convert into a mixture containing diamond and graphite, adding (S300) an aqueous solution of potassium permanganate to the mixture and stirring the mixture, peeling (S400) the graphite in the mixture, recovering (S500) the separated graphene oxide grains and reducing (S600) the exfoliated graphene oxide grains. USE - Manufacture of graphene. Uses include but are not limited to displays, secondary battery, solar cell, vehicle and lamp. ADVANTAGE - The method economically produces graphene with high processing efficiency and without risk of explosion. The method minimizes the sulfuric acid solution remaining in graphite, sudden exothermic reaction of the potassium permanganate and additional cost for disposing eutectic graphite and excludes additional expenses including waste treatment cost, and is environmentally-friendly.
