NOVELTY - Immobilized enzyme carrier comprises graphene oxide and inorganic nanoparticles, where multiple electronic group modified on the surface of graphene oxide. USE - Immobilized enzyme carrier. ADVANTAGE - The immobilized enzyme carrier inhibits the aggregation of graphene oxide in the repeated use process, reduces enzyme covered by the graphite layer and increases the repeat using performance of the enzyme. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing immobilized enzyme carrier, which involves: (A) adding and sonicating graphene oxide, modifying agent, or a surfactant in a solvent for 1 hour to obtain inorganic nano-particles modified on the surface of graphene oxide; and (B) washing and drying the obtained inorganic nano-particles modified on the surface of graphene oxide to obtain the desired product.
