NOVELTY - Ethylene-vinyl acetate foaming rapid curing agent comprises 15-25 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 28-35 pts. wt. urea, 40-55 pts. wt. filler, 0-5 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 0.2-1 pt. wt. pigment, 12-20 pts. wt. yttrium oxide, 3-10 pts. wt. modified polyvinyl alcohol, 0.2-1 pt. wt. resin emulsion, 5-8 pts. wt. graphene, 10-13 pts. wt. calcium hydroxide, 2-4 pts. wt. stearic acid and 3-5 parts of benzoic acid. USE - Ethylene-vinyl acetate foaming rapid curing agent. ADVANTAGE - The curing agent has high-efficiency, has pH of 7.6-8.6 (50 g/l suspension), excellent chemical stability at normal temperature and pressure, uniform foaming, excellent appearance, and is slightly soluble in water and not flammable. The method eliminates shrinkage marks during product injection and demolding, reduces bending or deformation caused by internal stress and shrinkage of product after injection, reduces pressure holding time during injection molding, shortens production cycle, and improves production efficiency. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the curing agent, involving pretreating filler and urea, fully mixing filler, urea, zinc oxide, zinc stearate, pigment, yttrium oxide, modified polyvinyl alcohol, graphene, calcium hydroxide, stearic acid and benzoic acid for 10-30 minutes, granulating, drying to obtain a pre-solid, ultrasonically spraying the resin emulsion onto the pre-solid, finally heating at 60-70 degrees C for 10-20 minutes, cooling and drying at room temperature to obtain the product.
