NOVELTY - Preparation of amphiphilic graphene quantum dots comprises dissolving carbon source compound, compound capable of introducing hydrophilic group and compound capable of introducing hydrophobic group in solvent to obtain mixed liquid and synthesizing. The carbon source compound is 1,3,6-trinitroguanidine. The compound capable of introducing hydrophilic group is amino, amido, carboxyl, thiol or hydroxyl compound. The compound capable of introducing hydrophobic group is alkane, alkene, aromatic hydrocarbon, amino, amide, carboxyl, thiol, sulfonic acid or hydroxyl compound. USE - Method of preparing amphiphilic graphene quantum dots used for preparing surfactant, nanomaterial topography regulator, template and fluorescent anti-counterfeiting material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The quantum dots is simple and easy to operate.
