▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphite flakes, vinyl ester resin, silane couple agent, dispersant, organic bentonite, fumed silica and N-methylpyrrolidone are milled in presence of stainless steel balls as grinding medium and filtered, to obtain graphene slurry. Nanoorganotitanium polymer, phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin, dispersant, polyfunctional additive, graphene slurry, zinc powder, anti-settling agent, fumed silica, organic bentonite, toughening agent, styrene, silane coupling agent, defoaming agent and leveling agent are uniformly mixed, to obtain graphene-modified nanotitanium polymer primer. USE - Preparation of graphene-modified nanotitanium polymer primer used for heat exchanger. ADVANTAGE - The method enables economical and efficient preparation of graphene-modified nanotitanium polymer primer by simple and environmentally-friendly process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphite flakes, vinyl ester resin, silane couple agent, dispersant, organic bentonite, fumed silica and N-methylpyrrolidone are milled in ball-milling tank in presence of stainless steel balls as grinding medium and filtered, to obtain graphene slurry. Epoxy resin, titanium hydride powder, titanate coupling agent, nanodispersant, soybean lecithin, gamma -alumina and N-methylpyrrolidone are milled in ball-milling tank in presence of stainless steel balls as grinding medium and filtered, to obtain nanoorganotitanium polymer. Nanoorganotitanium polymer, phenolic epoxy vinyl ester resin, dispersant, polyfunctional additive, graphene slurry, zinc powder, anti-settling agent, fumed silica, organic bentonite, toughening agent, styrene, silane coupling agent, defoaming agent and leveling agent are uniformly mixed, to obtain graphene-modified nanotitanium polymer primer.
