▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Fish skin collagen based three-dimensional printing ink comprises 17-25 wt.% graphene oxide solution, 14-21 wt.% sodium alginate hydrogel medium, 2-6 wt.% cross-linking agent, 1-2 wt.% dispersant and water (balance amount). USE - Used as fish skin collagen based three-dimensional printing ink. ADVANTAGE - The ink: has better biocompatibility, improved viscosity and mechanical property. The preparation method: improves the uniformity of the ink and improve the quality of the ink by using a vortex mixer and a centrifuge. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing three-dimensional printing ink, comprising (i) adding graphene oxide into ethanol solution, and ultrasonic dispersing to obtain graphene oxide solution, where the ultrasonic power is 400-500W, the ultrasonic frequency is 20-30 KZ, (ii) adding sodium alginate and gelatin into deionized water, heating at 60-80 degrees C, stirring for 3-5 minutes, adding calcium hydroxide saturated solution, continuously stirring, heating at 85-90 degrees C, and stirring until gelatinous to obtain gel solution, adding glycerol, continuously stirring, and cooling to 30-55 degrees C to obtain sodium alginate hydrogel medium, and (iii) mix the graphene oxide solution, the sodium alginate hydrogel medium, cross-linking agent and dispersant, controlling the speed of 450 revolutions/minute to rotate by using a vortex mixer and mixing for 6-8 minutes, and taking it out, adjusting the pH of the reacting solution to 7 with reagents, placing it to a centrifuge, centrifugal treating at a centrifuge speed of 16000 revolutions/minute for 30-50 minutes, and removing the supernatant to obtain ink raw materials.
