NOVELTY - A graphene oxide is in laminated form, and has oxidation degree of 3-45 wt.%, electroconductivity of 1x 10-1-1x 104 S/m along surface direction and thermal conductivity of 1-50 W/mK along surface direction. USE - Graphene oxide in form of sheet or laminate is used as electroconductive material, thermoelectric material and electrode material (all claimed). Uses include but are not limited to lithium-ion secondary battery, electronic device, electroconductive thermal-insulation component, electromagnetic field-shielding material, electroconductive roll for printer, superconductive current lead, coating agents, resin reinforcing agent, catalyst carrier, lubricating oil and grease additive. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide has excellent electroconductivity and low thermal conductivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene oxide, which involves reducing the graphene oxide and maintaining electroconductivity.
