NOVELTY - High heat-resistant graphene oxide melamine resin comprises 60-100 pts. wt. melamine formaldehyde resin, 2-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-6 pts. wt. nano-alumina powder, 5-10 pts. wt. vulcanized rubber, 5-8 pts. wt. surfactant and 5-10 pts. wt. flame retardant. USE - Used as high heat-resistant graphene oxide melamine resin. ADVANTAGE - The melamine resin has excellent flame retardancy, heat resistance, high tensile strength, and high-temperature mechanical performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing high heat-resistant graphene oxide melamine resin comprising dispersing graphene oxide in water to obtain graphene oxide solution having concentration of 2.5-3.5 mg/ml, then mixing melamine formaldehyde resin, surfactant and flame retardant with graphene oxide solution, dispersing for 1-3 hours under ultrasonic conditions, then adding nano-alumina powder and vulcanized rubber, sealing reaction, and stirring at 50-70 degrees C for 2-3.5 hours to obtain graphene oxide melamine resin stock solution, then injecting graphene oxide melamine resin stock solution to mold at 158-196 degrees C, curing at 110-213 MPa for 10-20 minutes, washing, drying, and then placing resulting product in oven set at 90 degrees C for drying to obtain high heat-resistant graphene oxide melamine resin.
