NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-nano silver for low-temperature conductive silver paste, comprises (1) preparing graphene dispersion liquid; (2) preparing silver solution system containing graphene; and (3) adjusting the PH value of the silver solution system containing graphene and dispersant, and dropping a reducing agent at the first reaction temperature to reduce the nano silver particles; where in the step (1), the graphene dispersion liquid is 0.2-0.4 mg/ml graphene dispersion liquid; in the step (1), the graphene is not graphene oxide; in the step (2), dispersant in the silver solution containing graphene is polyvinylpyrrolidone, and solvent is nitromethylpyrrolidone. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-nano silver for low-temperature conductive silver paste. ADVANTAGE - The nano silver: has particle size of 10-500 nm; and can reduces the resistivity of conductive silver paste. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the graphene-nano silver material is prepared by above mentioned method.
