NOVELTY - The method involves forming an auxiliary film layer on a substrate, where the auxiliary film layer comprises a graphene film layer. The graphene film layer is formed on the auxiliary film layer for obtaining a touch pattern through patterning process. A flexible base film is formed between the auxiliary film layer and the graphene film layer. The auxiliary film layer is removed form the substrate. Temperature range of the graphene film layer and the auxiliary film layer is about 900-1100 degree Celsius. The graphene film layer is coated with organic solvent. USE - Method for manufacturing a touch screen of a display device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables increasing soft touching efficiency, solving flexible substrate operate difficulty during when manufacturing process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The auxiliary film layer is made of metal, gold, silver, copper, zinc, iron, cobalt and nickel material. The substrate comprises quartz substrate and alumina substrate.
