NOVELTY - The insole has a graphene far infrared heating sheet (1) fixed on a surface of an insole body. A controller (5) is connected with the graphene far infrared heating sheet and a heat supply and controls heat supply temperature of the graphene far infrared heating sheet based on far infrared radiation wave. The graphene far infrared heating sheet is formed with an insulation material and a graphite heating film (101), where heat supply temperature range is about 20 degrees centigrade to -100 degrees centigrade. The graphene far infrared heating sheet is fixed with a lead (2). USE - Graphene technology based infrared health care insole. ADVANTAGE - The insole has better energy-saving effect, high environmental protection effect, light weight, comfortable and high health care effect.
