▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method involves forming a continuous graphene structure layer (11) on a metal substrate (2) and forming a coating layer (10) on the structure layer for cooperatively protecting the substrate. The structure layer is located between the substrate and the coating layer to act as a buffer structure between the substrate and the coating layer. A mixed layer is deposited on the substrate by a sputtering or vapor deposition process. The mixed layer is composed of a metal material such as nickel or nickel alloy. The substrate is composed of stainless steel or iron. USE - Method of manufacturing coating layer structure (claimed) applied to machine element for fluid machine e.g. turbo machinery such as pump, fan and air compressor such as oil air compressor and non-oil air compressor such as water jet type air compressor and dry type air compressor, for use in food, medical, and biotechnology industries. ADVANTAGE - The anti-wear capability between the continuous graphene structure layer and the metal substrate and the coating layer is increased, through the formation of the continuous graphene structure layer between the metal substrate and the coating layer of the fluid machine, and the load capacity of coating layer is enhanced. The coating layer is not easily peeled off and the lifetime of the coating layer is lengthened. The anti-wear capability between the continuous graphene structure layer and the metal substrate and the coating layer is increased. The coating layer is not easily peeled off if the coating structure without the graphene structure has a large continuous area, and the lifetime of coating layer is lengthened, since the continuous graphene structure layer formed between the metal substrate and the coating layer of the fluid machine is used as a buffer structure between the metal substrate and the coating layer. Therefore, the coating layer structure is allowed to protect the metal substrate of the machine element to avoid any suffering of mechanical wear or corrosion caused by wetness, to lengthen the lifetime of the machine element. The risk of the metal material of the machine element exposed to the air is avoided. The coating layer structure is not easily peeled off and is able to continuously protect the fluid machine, to lengthen the lifetime of the coating layer structure, the coating layer, and the fluid machine. The anti-wear capability between the continuous graphene structure layer and the metal substrate and the coating layer is improved. The metal substrate of the machine element is allowed to avoid any suffering of mechanical wear or corrosion caused by wetness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The coating layer is selected from a group consisting of polytetrafluoroethylene, polytetrafluoroethylene plus molybdenum disulfide, molybdenum disulfide, polyamide-imide resin, boron nitride, electroless nickel, tetrafluoroethylene-perfluoroalkyl, diamond-like carbon film, and/or phosphate film. The coating layer is composed of polytetrafluoroethylene and molybdenum disulfide. The graphene structure layer is formed on the substrate by depositing the mixed layer containing a carbon material and a metal material on the substrate, cooperatively annealing the substrate and the mixed layer, and separating out the carbon material from the mixed layer to form the continuous graphene structure layer. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a coating layer structure applied to a machine element.
