▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of an aminosilane-functionalized graphene involves taking a graphite rod as an anode and a lead plate as a cathode, selecting a mixed aqueous solution comprising an aminosilane and ammonium sulfate as a stripping solution, and electrochemically stripping the anode. USE - Preparation of aminosilane-functionalized graphene used for polymer material and biological material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides aminosilane-functionalized graphene with less defects and good dispersibility by electrochemical peeling method. The method uses graphite rod as anode and lead plate as cathode, and selects mixed aqueous solution containing aminosilane and ammonium sulfate as stripping solution, thus optimizing stripping process, and hence quickly obtaining the graphene with high degree of graphitization and high dispersibility. The process is simple, safe, environmentally-friendly and cost-effective, and provides graphene with few defects.
