NOVELTY - Composite heat-conducting material has: a heat-conducting layer and a heat-conducting array that is embedded and vertically set on the heat-conducting layer. The heat-conducting layer and the heat-conducting array are adapted to form a three-dimensional graphite structure. USE - The composite heat-conducting material is useful for intelligent mobile phone for heat-conducting and radiating (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparing the composite heat-conducting material, comprising: mixing graphene oxide, auxiliary agent, solvent and vertical heat-conducting material to form composite slurry, coating composite slurry on surface of base film, forming coating film, applying magnetic field, arranging vertical heat-conducting material along vertical direction of coating film, drying, solidifying, coiling, processing at high temperature, and pressing to obtain the composite heat-conducting material; and (2) composite slurry, comprising: graphene oxide, vertical heat-conducting material, solvent and auxiliary agent.
