NOVELTY - The sensor has an upper electrode (1) arranged on an upper surface of a gas sensitive layer (2). A lower electrode (3) is arranged on a lower surface of the gas sensitive layer. The gas sensitive layer absorbs gas when a target detecting gas is present around a sensor unit. Resistivity is changed. Change condition of the target detection gas is judged by resistance change condition. USE - Three-dimensional graphene gas sensitive sensor. Uses include but are not limited to a metallurgy field, a chemical engineering field, a gas field, a fire fighting field and a coal deep processing field. ADVANTAGE - The three-dimensional graphene gas sensitive sensor has large specific surface area, fast electronic transmission rate, high detection sensitivity and mechanical strength. The sensor provides conversion efficiency, transmission rate and low energy consumption, and has low sensitivity and is easy to be eroded. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for manufacturing a three-dimensional graphene gas sensitive sensor.
