NOVELTY - The component has a glass substrate graphene electric heating component and an infrared reflecting component. The glass substrate graphene electric heating component is attached in the infrared reflecting component. An air layer (14) is formed between the glass substrate graphene electric heating component and the infrared reflecting component. USE - Infrared electric heating component for use in contact and non-contact electric heating device (claimed) such as heat source, for contact application such as baking disc and medical electronic acupuncture. ADVANTAGE - The non-working surface of the glass substrate graphene electric heating component is provided with the infrared reflecting component, so that the energy emitted by the non- working surface is reflected back to penetrate the graphene film after a glass substrate, radiating or conducting to the target receptor through the working surface, thus greatly reducing the energy loss of the surface heating body non working surface. The component has simple mechanical structure, and has no complex electric appliance element, thus reducing the production cost of the component.
