▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Reducing the interaction between the metal substrate and the graphene layer in the metal substrate/graphene comprises dispersing the intercalation liquid on the surface of the graphene layer and heating, where the intercalation liquid is a mixed solution of electrolyte solution and polymer solution. USE - The method and the intercalation solution are useful for graphene detection and/or production (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The detection method: makes the Raman signal of the graphene no longer affected by the metal substrate; performs rapid detection and avoids damage to the graphene caused by the secondary transfer in the conventional detection, thus simplifying the quality monitoring link in the production process of the graphene film. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for testing graphene in a metal substrate/graphene comprising performing Raman spectroscopy test after the metal substrate/graphene is processed by the method.
