NOVELTY - The electrochemical device comprises a cathode pole piece, where the cathode pole piece is provided with a current collector, a coating and another coating, which is set on a surface of the current collector. The former coating is located between the current collector and the latter coating. The former coating is provided with a conductive carbon material, where the conductive carbon material is provided with a carbon nano-tube or graphene. The mass content of the conductive carbon material is provided from 20 to 60 percent. The latter coating is provided with a negative active material. A cathode active material is provided with a hard carbon, artificial graphite, natural graphite or silicon oxide. The coating layers are provided with a dispersing agent, which is selected from carboxymethylcellulose salt, polyacrylate, polyethylene glycol or polyethylene oxide. USE - Electrochemical device for use in an electronic device (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The electrochemical device is provided with a large elastic modulus of carbon nano-tube and graphene for relieving the damage of the coating in a cathode active material with large hardness of the current collector and improves the bonding of the active material on the current collector, and also improves the cycle characteristics of the pole piece, thus circulates the expansion of carbon nano-tube and graphene and relieves the circulation expansion of the whole cathode pole piece.
