NOVELTY - Adhesive comprises 70-100 pts. wt. silane modified polyurethane prepolymer, 40-60 pts. wt. plasticizer, 30-100 pts. wt. filler, 1-3 pts. wt. aminated graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. tackifier, 1-2 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst, where the filler is composite of alumina treated with silane coupling agent and aluminum hypophosphite treated with silane coupling agent. USE - The adhesive is useful for automotive lithium batteries (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has high thermal conductivity and improved weather-resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing adhesive, comprising (i) adding silane-modified polyurethane prepolymer, plasticizer, and aminated graphene oxide into mixer, stirring and mixing under vacuum conditions, (ii) adding filler to mixture stirred and mixed in step (i), stirring and mixing under vacuum condition, and (iii) adding tackifier, antioxidant and catalyst to mixture stirred and mixed in step (ii), and stirring and mixing under vacuum conditions.
