▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The graphene-coated substrate has a dielectric substrate and a graphene layer which is formed in direct contact with a surface of the dielectric substrate. The dielectric substrate comprises a glass, ceramic or glass-ceramic. USE - Graphene-coated substrate. ADVANTAGE - The substrate is free of metal catalyst such as copper or nickel, so that the conductivity and transparency of the graphene are increased. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The substrate surface is free of a metal catalyst. The graphene layer is free of metal catalyst. Thickness of the graphene layer is set in the range of 0.34-100 nm. The graphene layer is provided with a bi-layer graphene layer having two atomic layers of carbon, a tri-layer graphene layer having three atomic layers of carbon, and N atomic layers of carbon. Grain size of the graphene layer is set in range of 10-100 nm. The total concentration of water and hydroxyl groups at graphene-substrate interface is less than 0.5 at.%.
