▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A copper foil (10) has surface roughness (Rz) of 0.5 mu m or less, and consists of copper plating layer and/or copper sputter layer. The ratio of plane (111) in the surface of the copper foil is 60% or more. USE - Copper foil is used in manufacture of graphene (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to separator for fuel cell, transparent electrode, conductive thin film of display element, mercury-free fluorescent lamp, composite material, and carrier of drug delivery system. ADVANTAGE - The copper foil has high quality, and efficiently and economically enables formation of graphene having large area, with high productivity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene (20), which involves arranging heated copper foil in chamber (100), supplying hydrogen gas and carbon-containing gas (G), forming graphene in the surface of copper plating layer of copper foil, etching the copper foil while laminating a transfer sheet (30) on the surface of the graphene and transferring graphene on the transfer sheet.
