▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Pulp molding material comprises 70-80 pts. wt. waste paper pulp suspension, 5-10 pts. wt. reinforcing filler, 4-8 pts. wt. water repellent, 0.03-0.08 pt. wt. retention aid, and 1-3 pts. wt. bleaching agent, where the reinforcing filler is a filler modified by chitosan, the water repellent is a degradable water repellent, and the raw materials of the degradable water repellent comprise polyether waterborne polyurethane prepolymer and polysiloxane. USE - As pulp molding material. ADVANTAGE - The pulp molding material combines the chitosan-coated modified nano-filler to be effectively dispersed in the waste paper pulp suspension, has high compressive strength, waterproof, improves the compressive performance, has excellent degradability and water and moisture resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the pulp molding material comprising (a) crushing the raw materials, soaking, filtering to obtain a filter residue after beating, and washing to form a waste paper pulp suspension, (b) bleaching the waste paper pulp suspension and passing into the mixing tank, and adding retention aid, and adding the reinforcing filler after stirring, and obtaining the primary slurry, (c) uniformly absorbing the primary slurry on the lower mold of the forming mold by negative pressure, and immersing in the water repellent solution for 20-30 minutes, and closing with the upper mold of the forming mold, and obtaining the pulp molding after the mold is opened wet billet, and (d) drying the pulp molded wet blank to a moisture content of 3-5%, and placing in a mold for compression molding to obtain the product.
