NOVELTY - Preparing graphene based tin dioxide quantum dot composite material involves dissolving the oxidized graphene and tin tetrachloride in de-ionized water under room temperature and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed solution. The hydrazine hydrate is added in the mixed solution under room temperature and stirred uniformly to obtain dispersion liquor. The obtained dispersion is subjected to microwave hydrothermal reaction at 120-180 degrees C for 5-120 minutes and cleaned with cleaning agent to obtain graphene based tin dioxide quantum dot composite material. USE - Method for preparing graphene based tin dioxide quantum dot composite material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene based tin dioxide quantum dot composite material in simple manner, avoids secondary reduction-oxidation graphene and stacking, improves electrical properties, and has fast preparation.
