NOVELTY - Preparing graphene heating plate comprises (i) coating the graphene on the glass micro-powder surface to generate graphene coated glass powder, (ii) mixing the graphene coated glass powder and glass powder, organic carrier, silane coupling agent according to preset weight proportion to obtain graphene conductive slurry, (iii) paving the graphene conductive paste on the substrate for baking and curing, forming graphene conductive heating layer, and (iv) wiring and insulating treatment of the graphene conductive heating layer to generate graphene heating plate. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene heating plate, which is useful in solar energy battery for small household appliances (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method uses glass powder to replace organic material as binder, which greatly improves the temperature resistance of the graphene conductive heat-generating layer. The graphene conductive heating layer is directly coated on the substrate, realizing large-area heating. The heating speed and uniformity are greatly improved. The graphene conductive heating layer heating speed is very fast. The heat consumption is very small, which greatly reduces the energy consumption of the product.
