NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-coated silicon batch, comprises (i) pre-treating silicon raw materials graphene preparing silicon raw material, and using ultrasonic auxiliary sand grinding device for nano-processing silicon material, (ii) preparing silicon carbon precursor as precursor raw material by spray drying and low temperature heat treatment process, (iii) using high temperature rotary furnace or high temperature high vacuum device for original position heterogeneous epitaxial carbon coating treatment to obtain graphene silicon material, (iv) preparing high-temperature and high-vacuum device based on prepared graphene silicon materials, (v) adjusting vacuum negative pressure value and high temperature heating temperature value to proper parameter, (vi) fitting fittings of high temperature and high vacuum equipment, and (vii) screening the heating elements, hearth materials and component structures for screening to ensure stable and continuous operation under high temperature. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-coated silicon batch in lithium-ion secondary battery used in consumer electronic and electric tools and electric automobile. ADVANTAGE - The method utilizes high temperature and high vacuum device, research vacuum system parameter, gas circuit mode and heat treatment temperature system and to each component structure and graphene of the coated nano-silicon composite material, comprehensively inspects electrochemical performance and volume expansion behavior, gradually develops intermediate test amplification and batch preparation by the prepared excellent result, and improves the production graphene of coated silicon.
